I’m Rachel, a UX designer in the San Francisco Bay Area with 10+ years of experience in customer service and visual design. I use my background in teaching and community management to create empathy driven solutions to unique challenges, and my experience as a merchandiser and artist to craft unexpected and joy-filled visual journeys.
